California- California is the birth place of the David Lee Reda Foundation. With offices in Newport Beach, San Diego and Upland we are here
to help everyone we can.  We are proud to serve our residents and the communities in California, and we remain committed to changing lives
and revitalizing neighborhoods by providing safe, quality, service-enriched housing.

Michigan – Having almost 150 properties in the Detroit area of Michigan, The Foundation is embarking on an ambitious plan to revitalize
certain key neighborhoods while providing affordable housing to local residents. We are currently working with the Detroit Department of
Planning & Development in the Neighborhood Stabilization program.
