Since 2007, The David Lee Reda Foundation has developed affordable housing across the nation and in doing so improved the lives of many
residents. The Foundation’s experienced development staff can see possibilities and create new realities where none are obvious.

The Foundation’s development expertise covers an impressive spectrum of housing solutions including:

·         Single-family homes for low and no-income residents

·         High-rise, mixed-use properties

Vision
Vision is something the David Lee Reda Foundation has no shortage of. Originally hoping to help by education families and providing rental
services we have grown to hundreds of homes with which we can offer affordable housing to many. At the same time we are working diligently
with local community groups to ensure that our efforts not only help serve those families in need, but also create a cleaner / safer
neighborhood for everyone. Each David Lee Reda property is built with a creative vision and extensive community planning.

Being a small group with large goals, we understand the importance of strong partnerships with local business and national groups who can
help us achieve our vision. We work nationally to combine the best of the non-profit and for-profit cultures.

Community
We understand that the heart of a new community is built over time through the early and consistent engagement of community members. The
Foundation’s development team is skilled at creating dynamic and informed relationships with the local community - relationships that lead to
comprehensive design and a prioritization of community needs.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

In 2008, The Foundation established a partnership with Giving Tree Services to provide property management and property-based resident
services. Today, Giving Tree Services oversees the property managers, residential services staff, maintenance staff and other employees who
ensure that residents are living in the vision that the David Lee Reda Foundation had when they sought to improve the economic status of
residents, transform neighborhoods and stabilize lives.

·         Giving Tree Services strives to ensure that every property is:

·         Well-managed and properly maintained to provide decent, safe and sanitary living conditions for its residents.

·         A permanent, affordable housing resource in the community.

·         A pleasant and secure living environment for its residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

·         A catalyst for positive relationships among the residents, management staff and surrounding communities

·         A financially stable enterprise that successfully operates within its budget so that all expenses, debt service and reserves payments are covered by operating income.

·         Managed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
